This adventurous and worldly powerhouse couple wanted a place where they could come and go with ease. The criteria was a luxury home with very low maintenance. There would be no sacrificing on quality finishes, luxury materials, modern conveniences, and an ideal location. After a lead from a real estate agent, touring the WEST BAY HOMES website, and truly custom home products, this dynamic couple new they had found their experienced design-build team. New wood flooring and carpeting throughout, a completely re-imagined custom Chef’s kitchen with a waterfall edge island, mirrored door Pantry area, sleek counter-height bar, soft geometric tile backsplash, and designer lighting are just a few of the new embellishments. A textural millwork design was added to the Dining Room area walls to create a distict sense of place in this open and airy floor plan. Like a caterpillar to a butterfly, the Master Bedroom underwent a complete modification by deleting a tiered tub that would never get used and reimagining the Master Bathroom space with stylish custom cabinetry, polished nickel faucets extending from the wall, an extra-large luxury glass-enclosed shower with herringbone tile shower walls, and bold geometric floor tiles include a few of the glamorous upgrades.
